we never tire (read: always tire) of repeatedly explaining to people that no, pit bulls are not inherently horrible creatures - some people have chosen to make them that way. helpful hint: if you want a poodle to be an attack dog, you can raise it to be an attack dog. if you want a pit bull to be a loving little lick-monster, well, get a pit bull puppy, because that is what they are naturally.

however, i realize that if this photo is ever picked up by fox news, it will be accompanied by a headline that predicts the kitten's imminent mauling:
